Before you begin your creative session, please take a moment to read and agree to the following guidelines to help us create a smooth, safe, and joyful experience for everyone.

Studio Guidelines & Terms
​
1. Ceramic Selection Participants may choose from a curated selection of pottery pieces. Please handle all ceramics with care.
2. Colour Use We offer a basic palette of 12 studio colours. Mixing and wastage of paints is discouraged.
3. Time Slot Each session runs for approximately 2 hours. Please arrive on time to make the most of your slot.
4. Firing Timeline Finished pieces will be glazed and fired by our team. This process may take 2–3 weeks. We will notify you when your piece is ready for pickup. (Porter charges are extra)
5. Breakage & Responsibility In case of accidental damage to a ceramic item, a replacement charge may apply.
6. Studio Environment The studio is a creative and mindful space. We request you to respect the surroundings, tools, and other participants.
7. Photography & Sharing We may take photos during sessions for our records and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our team.
8. Accessibility Please note the studio is located outside the city and may not be easily accessible without private transport.
9. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments are subject to availability. Please inform us 24 hours in advance in case of cancellation or rescheduling.
Consent & Agreement I have read and understood the above terms and agree to abide by the studio rules during my Paint Your Own Pottery session. I understand the risks involved with handling ceramic materials and accept full responsibility for my participation.
